Pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and the good breakfast served at a nearby café. The enjoyable opera serenades from street performers added a unique charm to our evenings.

The room was brand-new, beautifully designed and with a view.

Fantastic location just steps from Ponte Vecchio. The room was spacious and clean, with a large comfortable bed. I loved opening the balcony to enjoy the soothing sounds of street performers at night. Faced some issues with noise from the nearby streets, which might disturb light sleepers. The bathroom could use additional storage. My perfume rolled off a tilted shelf. Despite these minor drawbacks, the friendly staff was nice, and I appreciated the local eateries nearby for meals.

everything was wonderful, awesome location short walk to all the main attractions and the nearest cafe, wonderful staff. enjoyed how the double room with a view was arranged when we arrived. could use a work desk, coffee/tea makers and a tv set. had a fantastic stay for one night, and will come back.

Lack of bathroom storage and poor equipment can ruin convenience!!! Irregular staff presence makes routine queries challenging!!!

Family-friendly but slightly pricey

On the evenings, we could open our balcony door and enjoy very nice opera singing echoing through the streets, it was like having our own private concert.

It wasn't exactly cheap but the experience was still acceptable.

The location was good and stunning. Staff were pleasant. Got a modern and well-designed double room with a beautiful terrace overlooking piazza santa trinita when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that.
